Successfully supervised and directed a national network of 50 federal Project Managers and 1300+ non-profit employees. Managed an annual public-private partnership program budget totaling $300M, including a $90M private sector annual investment, resulting in a successful combination of funding from state and federal sectors. Created and executed a new staffing organizational plan resulting in better time management and a renewed interest in program mission involvement. Reorganizational efforts allowed a $100M funding allotment for consulting projects, and a 30% increase in MEP federal funding.
