Below is a list of important upcoming events for the month of October.
Sunday, October 5th Childrens Specialized Hospital
Saturday, October 11th Hands of Hope 5K @ Roosevelt Park. The Kiwanis Club is
assisting and needs Key Clubbers as well. See this link:

Sunday, October 12th Fall Rally @ Six Flags Great Adventure
Saturday, October 18th Hands of Hope Pumpkin Patch. We will need donations of
paints, brushes, water bottles (8oz), and volunteers to help children decorate their
pumpkins.
Sunday, October 19th Childrens Specialized Hospital
Sunday, October 26th American Parkinsons Disease Association 5K Run/Walk @
Johnsons Park.
*The Kiwanis Club of Edison will also be collecting donations of non-perishable foods
weekly for the food pantry at the church near the high school. We need the donations
of items for the Pumpkin Patch. We will also be collecting hat, gloves, mittens, scarves,
and socks for the Hands of Hope families.

IMPORTANT: Key Club International requires all Key Clubbers to pay a one-time
fee of $12.50. They are due on November 1st, but dont worry! You will get your $12.50
back because we do a lot of fundraising throughout the year! The dues from Key Club
members are used to fund for district-wide events that Kiwanis organizes for your
enjoyment and benefit.
