Mapping:
Perform 10%-100% throttle position ranges in roll-on mode.
Start roll-ons at 2000 rpm.
Use 1st gear for 10%.
Use 2nd gear for 20%.
Use 3rd gear for 40%.
Use 4th gear for 60%, 80%, 100%.
Perform 2% and 5% in steady state mode.
Configuration:
Set air fuel ratio Mode 1 13.2 up to 20% up to 4000rpm
Mode 2 13.0 up to 1080% up to 11000
Power mode 13.0
Tachometer pickup:
Connect lead to the BLUE wire of the primary side of the ignition
coil. Ignition coil is located on right side of the air box so the fuel
tank will need to be raised to access this wire.
Temperature:
Keep temperature between 180-195F (82-91C).
Clean air injection:
N/A.

Notes:
This bike may have unstable throttle position sensor so it is
recommended to set the allowable TP error to 4 across the range.
If the problem is excessive cutting the BLACK/WHITE wire from the
ground lead and connecting it to the digital ground of the TPS will
cure it.

We have also found substantial gains in engine smoothness and

drivability by mapping each cylinder individually.
