    The principal of a school wrote to the Mayor requesting use of the municipal bus to transport students to two separate events. For the second, 60 students will participate in a Division Schools Press Conference in Asuncion from November 13-15th.     Dear Honorable Mayor Andamon,

    I am informing your good office that our selected students and pupils who have
    talents in the different sports will be going to Tagum City on November 8, 2014 to
    compete in the DACET One Day League. The venue of the said sports events is at St.
    Marys College of Tagum City.

    With this Mayor, as the principal of our institution I am asking your good office to
    please allow us to use the municipal mobile bus to bring our athletes to Tagum in the
    morning of November 8, 2014 and bring them back in our town in the afternoon of the
    same date.

    Your consent to this request is a very good help to our school. Thank you and
    God bless!

    Dear Honorable Mayor Andamon,

    Praise be Jesus and Mary!

    I am informing your good office that 60 selected pupils and students of our school
    who have talents in Campus Journalism will be going to Asuncion on November 13-15,
    2014 to participate in the Division Schools Press Conference.

    This is a competition where we are not only bringing the name of our school but
    we are proud to represent the municipality of Sto. Tomas.

    With this Mayor, I am asking your good office to please allow us to use the
    municipal mobile bus to bring our students there in Asuncion and bring them back to our
    beloved municipality through the mobile bus in the afternoon of November 15, 2014.

    Your consent to this request is a very big help to our students and our school.
