How These Factors May Impact My Lessons: Explain specific ways that
these factors may impact your lesson topics, teaching strategies, assessment
techniques, etc.
As far as we concerned, what could be affect the lesson would be the way that
teacher provide the information in order to improve the students learning process.
On the other hand, it is very important to mention if the teacher is able to know the
way that students learn because they have different styles; it would be hard to teach
if the teacher does not get the way of delivering the strategies for students. Finally,
an important factor that we as a teacher must have, is a tool, which is used to assess
our students called rubric, if we do not have this element the assessment wouldnt be
accurate for students and for us as teachers.

High participation in class
Good level of speaking ( fluency and pronunciation)
Active student
2.1.1 How This Characteristic Will Impact my Lesson:
Its very important for a teacher to have some participating students, since it might
influence the behavior of shy learners in a positive way. Furthermore, our planning
will also get influence by these types of students, because we will use more active
tasks, in which well support the communication between the learners and the
development of confidence for those students who are not able to express their ideas
very easily.
For example: in a class, which there are only 4 active students (of 20 approx.), we
will ask them to get intro groups of four, in which there will be one active student
inside the group, the task will be to discuss real problems situations in a school (such
as bullying), then they will split out and explain their information with the other
groups. The active student will star the debate about the topic, which will lead the
others to try and express their opinions and because the shy students will not have to
explain the ideas in front of the class (they will share the information with classmates
of the other groups) the effective filter will not be that high, and we will have positive
result in those students.
Reflects on the importance of knowing about students and the context to provide quality
teaching.
As we know, to get information about how the student learn is very important in
order to create a good lesson plan and to get a good response from the students. Another
thing that we have to mention is in the way that the context affect the learning process. If
we settle the students in a different context, which is not the one that they live, it would be
very difficult that students acquire the knowledge in a successful way; they wont be able to
apply what they are learning in a real situation or in a real context. It is very important to
have into account all these aspects if we want to have better results from our students in
the future.
