The U.S. Embassy in Nicosia has a full-time opening (40 hours a week) for a
Carpenter position in the Facilities Maintenance Section.

Main responsibility:
Provide carpentry and general maintenance services throughout all U.S.

Supporting clients in regards to on-line payment solutions
Providing administrative and operational support to the branch operations
Comprehending and adhering to compliance obligations, risk management,
Anti-Money Laundering procedures and all the related organisational
policies

Monitoring the annual hotel budget and key performance indicators


(KPIs), including client retention indications and occupancy targets

REQUIREMENTS
University Degree in Business Administration, or in Finance, or in Mathematics,
or in a related discipline
Masters Degree in Business Administration or in a related discipline will
be considered an advantage
At least 2 years of related experience in managing customer relationships
and B2B sales experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Networking skills and ability to build long-term relationships
Excellent computer literacy

maintenance, accounting, security and safety programs, personnel and

Proven track record of achieving targets
Excellent networking and negotiation skills
Strong problem resolution capabilities
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Excellent computer literacy
