year.IhavebeenamemberofNFDAsince2008andhaveheldnumerous
positionsovertheyears.Since2009,IhavebeenontheAwardsCommitteeand

ridingandlearninghowto
jump.In2004,Iwasaworking
studentatadressagefarmandthatiswhenmypassionfordressagereallytook
off.Iown2horsescurrently.Myfirstlove,Layla,isa19yearoldOfftheTrack
ThoroughbredthatIwasshowingthrough1stlevelandschoolingthrough2nd
level.Sheissemiretirednow(thoughshedoesntknowit!)andIamcurrently
ridingandshowingmy7yearoldOldenburgRexAKARevolver.Weare
currentlyshowing1stlevelandschoolingsome2ndlevelmovementsandare
lookingtomoveupnextyear.Ilookforwardtoservinganotheryearwiththe
NFDAandtoservingtheNFDAandourmembersinanywayIcan.

IslandinnortheastJacksonville.Marthapreviouslyservedontheboardandwas
presidentfortwoterms,from2009to2011.Duringhertenure,theclub

successfullyhostedtheUSDFConventionand
Symposium.Marthaisafrequentscribeatarea
shows.

GeorgiaInstituteofTechnologyaswellasa
