JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS
We, ALICIA C. ENERO and PANCHITA G. CERBITO, both of legal ages, Filipino,
and residents of Barangay Catigbian, Laoang, Northern Samar, Philippines, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state the following:
1. That we know the persons of Rodolfo Lagarto and Charefta T. Lagarto because we
are residing in the same barangay, Barangay Catigbian, Laoang, Northern Samar;
2. That we know for a fact that the said Rodolfo Lagarto and Charefta T. Lagarto have
been cohabiting with each other as husband and wife without the benefit of marriage
for almost thirty-four (34) years;
3. That we also know for a fact that the cohabitation of the said Rodolfo Lagarto and
Charefta T. Lagarto produced two children, namely, Roel and Rey Lagarto.
4. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing and
for whatever legal purposes that this Joint Affidavit may serve.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 23rd of September 2014,
in the Municipality of Catarman, Northern Samar, Philippines.
