Tenderloin
The loin or lomito sandwich is a sandwich typical cuisine of
Argentina, ( in the region of Cuyo and Crdoba Argentina is very
popular). Their usual form of consumption is a piece of tenderloin
beef fillet, cheese, ham, fried egg, tomato and relish between two
buns can also be slightly tostados. It is consumed in Paraguay and
eastern Bolivia.

INGREDIENTS:
Beef and ham
Slices of cheese
1 French bread
1 leaf of lettuce
Slices of tomato
Onion
Salt
Mayonnaise, ketchup or mustard

PREPARATION:
First, put the meat on the grill fire and cut a piece French bread cut it down the middle.
Then, put the French bread on the grill fire for litte time and brush the inside of It with
mayonnaise and ketchup or mustard.
Next, fry beef with ham and cheese out of the grill and place on French bread.
After that, add up leaf lettuce, tomato and onion (previously washed, dried and salted)
sliced or chopped.
Finally, add the other lid on top to form a sandwich.
