Talent Planning: Usually done by the VP TD.

It implies analysing the evolution of the retention


and the future projects we planned in order to recruit the right number of people with the right
profile for our organization.
Talent Marketing: Done by the communication department based on the TD profile, it implies
the promotion period.
Talent Selection: It represents all the steppes a student has to surpass in order to be a member
of the organization(AF, interview; creating those materials)
Talent Induction: The period where the new members get trainings on what is AIESEC, our
projects, the understanding of our organization in order to accommodate the members with
the organization(which is usually supported by the projects the new members have to do
guided by buddies)
Talent Allocation: New members choose their department based on their skills and motivation
but also based on the organizational needs.
Talent Education: On-going process where the members learn new skills and competencies in
order to have the know-how when working on a project. This is facilitated by the ATT.
Talent Coaching/Mentoring: The process where a member learns from an old
member(mentoring), or by analysing the past(coaching).
Goal Setting & Career Planning: This process helps the organization deliver the right
opportunities to the right people(it implies setting some objectives that the member wants to
achieve in a period of time, it is done at the beginning of an experience).
Pipeline Management: The process where you align the number of members with the projects
you have, the involvement and preparation of each member and the possibility of them taking
one of the ELD programs in the near future.
Performance Appraisal: The process where you analyse the results of an individual/team to see
if they met the expectations or not.
R&R: Based on the achieved results, a member can be rewarded accordingly. This process is to
support the members do a good job and to thank them for their implication.
Transition: Refers to the knowledge management and transfer from someone to his successor.
Tracking: Keep evidence of the members, what opportunity did they take, what knowledge do
they have
