Make sure all gear is labelled. (No Pocketknives and No mobile phones. No Confectionary Please be supportive in ensuring children do not bring any sweets or confectionary of ony kind. First aid We recommend that students bring their own packet of plasters for blisters and minor euts, We will have a large supply too but it's often handy to have their own Money ‘The children do net need to take any money. There will not be anywhere aveilable for them to spend it, The children are welcome to bring a camera down, however it is their responsibilty to lock after it, They elso must know how te operate it and take extra batteries, T will be taking a camera and ‘aking lots of photos of the group, as wll other parents, Contact ‘The children are not to take mobile phones with them. There is no cover within the National Park, We take a Satellite Phone for use in emergencies and will contact the school and parents involved if there ore any issues. ‘Sunday Morning ‘The children must be at the schoo! hall at 6.15am for their Final gear check. The hall will be opened at 6.00cm, They must have the essential items ready for inspection, Tf you live in the city or Petone, we are happy for you to meet us at the Ferry Terminal. Felicity ‘Schofield will be at the terminal by 7.15am to check your child's essential items, If you wish to do this option please contact me so I am aware of your plans. Please organise transport for your child to get to the ferry terminal by 7.30am. If this is @ problem please contact me. We will also need help transporting some of our equipment to ‘the ferry terminal so will be looking for vehicles with large boot space, Pick up Friday we are returning on the Interislander which leaves Picton at 1.30pm and arrives about 4.35pm.
