Year 8 Formal Dear Parents and Caregivers, Your child will have received and invitation to the Year 8 Formal Dinner being held on Tuesday the 16th December in the school hall. The layout for the evening is as follows: * 6.30pm - Parents drop students off - students mingle and have photos taken. * 7.00pm — Students and teachers seated for formal meal. * 7.45pm ~ Speeches/Presentation of Awards and Certificates. Parents are welcome to join us from this point on. * 8.15pm — Clear away fables. + 8.30pm - Formal dancing. * 9.00pm - Student Disco. Parents head fo the library for refreshments. + 10.00pm- Evening concludes. The meal is a buffet and each student is asked fo make one dish. AHached is a list of who is to bring what. Please make sure thal the dish is big enough to feed approximately 8 - 10 people. The food needs to be delivered on the evening of the dinner to the hall kitchen.
