Education
is
one
of
the
most
important
elements
in
a
childs
growth
and
development.
Education
provides
opportunities
for
children
to
learn
how
to
cooperate
and
socialize,
builds
a
foundation
for
their
knowledge,
and
prepares
them
to
make
their
own
decisions.
I
believe
that
students
learning
process
is
influenced
by
a
teachers
beliefs
about
education.
Thus,
my
personal
beliefs
will
have
an
impact
on
how
I
teach
and
approach
students;
and
as
a
consequence,
it
will
have
an
effect,
in
one
way
or
another,
on
students
lives.
As
a
teacher,
I
will
define
and
establish
goals
for
my
students.
Based
on
the
curriculum,
I
will
plan
out
lessons
effectively
to
bring
the
best
outcomes.
I
will
not
hesitate
to
try
different
teaching
strategies
nor
be
biased
on
personal
favourite
teaching
methods.
I
will
accept
and
adapt
changes
when
needed
and
will
always
distinguish
and
prioritize
students
needs
at
all
times.
I
will
approach
students
with
kindness,
manners,
and
enthusiasm.
I
will
always
respect
and
treat
each
and
every
student
equally
in
any
circumstances.
I
will
not
judge
nor
have
favouritism
among
students.
Students
will
be
assessed
based
on
their
learning
abilities
and
will
not
be
compared
or
be
judged.
I
believe
valuing
relationships
with
colleagues
and
parents
is
important
in
this
profession.
Sharing
opinions
and
supporting
one
another
helps
teachers
to
become
better
teachers.
As
with
parents,
respectful
communication
can
build
a
strong,
trustworthy
bond
that
helps
students
growth
and
development,
both
at
school
and
outside
of
the
school.
When
building
relationships
with
students,
parents,
Frame of Reference
and
colleagues,
I
will
not
build
friendship,
but
will
keep
my
status
as
a
teacher
to
establish
respectful
relationships.
As for classroom management, safety will always come first. I will always be
