Design a bridge on west point bridge design that is

Under 400000 dollars and a truck can pass over

Design Statement:
I will create a bridge to the specifications that were given to me using
trusses and the constraints
Constraints:
1. Must be under 400000 dollars
2. Must be made of carbon steel, high strength low alloy steel, or quenched
or tempered steel
3. Deck of bridge must be 10 meters wide
4. Has to be completed my Monday
5. Truck must be able to cross completely
