units. I met or exceeded projected monthly numbers for lease-up and helped establish the
community as one of the best in town.

As assistant manager I not only leased to new prospective residents but I also
assisted with all the manager duties for the community. Effectively running an office was
only one portion of my responsibilities. I also posted rent payments, sent out late notices,
organized apartment turns and work orders, scheduled vendors, placed orders, responded
to residents needs and complaints, marketed to businesses around town, successfully
organized resident and outside activities, and insured all timesheets and weekly/monthly
reports were done correctly and on time.

Leasing consultant for an established apartment community of 200 units. I
continually kept an occupancy of 90% or higher and the highest resident retention rate in
15 years.
As leasing consultant I ensured residents satisfaction in their homes and signed
new residents. I was solely in command of both inside and outside marketing,
simultaneously saving the company money while implementing new marketing
programs. I effectively and efficiently ran an office, taking on the responsibilities of both
property and office manager; reached out to prospective new residents and corporate
companies, marketed through multimedia ads, and kept current residents satisfaction. I
also managed our housekeeping and maintenance staff, insuring all work orders were
completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Event planning was another major aspect
of this position. I successfully planed and executed multiple themed parties/events for
residents.
