To,

Honble Chairman,
Haryana Khadi and VI Board, Panchkula.
Subject: Release of service benefits, pension and GPF etc.
Sir,
Kindly refer to the Board letter No. HRB/Admn/EA-2/NDC/ 8436 dated 14-10-2014 and No.
HRB/Ac/Cashier/2014-15/ 9712 dated 25-11-2014 and these letters were replied (Copies attached
here with as ready references), but Board officials are not ready to resolve the issue and after
retirement, Board officials are directing me as their subordinate, which is not fair and justified,
because:
1.

All transactions were made through Banks and related records are available with the Board.

2.

All payment and receipt vouchers are with the Board.

3.

Impurest money is very much with the Board.

4.
No Clerk and Junior Auditor was posted, where as it was the responsibility of the Chief
Executive, to depute sufficient man power in the field offices, he was duty bound as well but I
always faced the lac of staff problem.
5.
In fact, my personnel amount was very much involved to run and manage day to day work
and bills were not submitted due to lac of staff; Clerk and Junior Auditor, which I am not claiming
the sweeper charges, miscellaneous and entertainment expenditures, which were paid by me from
my own pocket and if any amount involved, against which no bills were submitted that can be easily
deducted from my GPF amounts but Board is not doing so, to resolve the issue and I have been
directed to complete the cash book after retirement, which is not possible at this stage.
It would also be pertinent to mention here that Shri U.B. Sharma no due certificate was not issued
by the Faridabad but the reasons were over ruled by then Chief Executive, where as no adverse
remarks against me except in complete cash book for the period, which was due to non availability
of Clerk and JA and same was in unavoidable circumstances, which is a minor thing.
Hence Board officials may kindly be directed to issue No due certificate and release my pension,
GPF with all other service benefits because my VRS was accepted on 7-8-2014, not a single penny
released to me from my service benefits after more than four months and I am facing major hard
ship with great mental torture.
Sincerely yours,
Naresh Kadian, Retired TS (L), C-38, Rose Apartment, Rohini, Delhi.
