Mitch the star R, or otherwise

known as the numbers guru because
of his forte in accounting, brought the
power of coordination and analytics to
the group. Due to Mitchs past
experiences in the business world, he
is used to working with structure and
direction. From these types of
experiences Mitch has developed
strong coordination and
communication skills. He filled the
team task role of the coordinator in
the group, as Mitch was the project
leader in of the group. Mitch provided
order and direction by setting clear
goals for the group to accomplish. In
addition, he set up clear channels of
communication for the group to
accomplish their goals. Mitch over the
years, has become one with
technology, as he is an avid online
gamer is his spare time. Due to his
tech skills Mitch was deeply involved
in the creation of the website.
Naturally, Mitch also coordinated and
complied all of the groups information
to post on the website. Mitch also
displayed the strong cognitive skill of
reasoning. He ultimately organized
and put the groups ideas together to
create the theoretical model.

Kostadinos
Poulos

Dino the Dinosaur Poulos, known for

being a lyrical genius, brought the creative
energy to the group. Dino is an up and
coming music artist that is not afraid to
throw down a beat. Dinos was known for
his creative and original ideas that he
brought to the group. Dino filled the team
task role of the initiator-contributor in
the group. As a result, Dino was the driving
force behind our brainstorming exercises.
He came up with countless ideas for the
group. Dino focused on quantity instead of
quality while brainstorming and wasnt
afraid to shout out wild ideas. In addition,
to being a musical genius, Dino is also an
all conference soccer player. While an
injury placed Dino on the sidelines his
senior year, the injury did not stop him
from being a team player. Dino excelled
using the emotional ability of emotion
control. Dino harnessed his emotions to be
a better teammate rather than just a
player. Dinos experiences from his soccer
career unquestionably helped the dream
team. Furthermore, Dino especially
provided the ideas that make up the
groups theoretical model. He also
provided design ideas for the website and
provided insight in the research portion of
the project. Every group needs an idea man
thankfully the group had Dino.

Christopher
Guzman

Chris the traveling man Guzman, as

his nickname suggests, has and does
travel the world. Chris brought
diversity and perspective to the group.
His knowledge of different cultures
and customs provided us with insights
into how people work together in
other parts of the world. Chris is also
a man of many languages, as he is
trilingual. Therefore, he has
mastered the cognitive skill of verbal
communication. Chris was always
actively communicating with the
group through various communication
channels. He quickly filled the teambuilding role of the Gatekeeperexpediter. Chriss persistence
communication kept the group
moving in a forward direction. It also
helped the group met the deadline of
the project. Furthermore, his worldly
experiences have shaped Chriss
ability to accept different perspectives
and opinions. Chris created and kept a
safe-environment for his group. A safe
environment was crucial for the
groups ability to brainstorm creative
ideas. Chris was especially involved
with the research part of the project
as well as the creation of the
theoretical model.
