End of Day/Exit Meeting: 9/29-10/3

Monday: September 29, 2014

2:25-2:55: Transition time into classroom from afternoon recess.


o A Math Common Core Worksheet will be placed on the students desks when they come
into the classroom. They will start to work on this right away and know what to do with
them.
o Students will be shown where math fact sheets are. They will then be instructed to turn
over their Math Common Core Worksheet when they are done and grab a fact sheet to
work on.
o Once I see everyone is on the fact sheet, we will correct the Math Common Core
Worksheets.
2:55-3:05: I read to the students.
3:05-3:10: Compliments to each other for the day. Talk about what we learned that day and put
stars into the class brain. Clean up, packing, and dismissal.

Tuesday: September 30, 2014

2:20-2:50: Transition time into classroom from afternoon recess.


o Directions will be up on the SMART board for the journal prompt that day. The students
will get right to work when they enter the classroom. Once the majority of the kids have
entered, they will be reminded of the rules during work time.
2:50-3:00: I read to the students.
3:00-3:10: Compliments to each other for the day. Talk about what we learned that day and put
stars into the class brain. Clean up, packing, and dismissal.

Wednesday: October 1, 2014

2:25-2:55: Transition time into classroom from afternoon recess.


o A Math Common Core Worksheet will be placed on the students desks when they come
into the classroom. They will start to work on this right away and know what to do with

o As they finish those, they will flip them over and grab a math facts sheet to work on.
o Once I see everyone is on the fact sheet, we will correct the Math Common Core
Worksheets.
2:55-3:05: I read to the students.
3:05-3:10: Compliments to each other for the day. Talk about what we learned that day and put
stars into the class brain. Clean up, packing, and dismissal.

Thursday: October 2, 2014

2:20-2:50: Transition time into classroom from afternoon recess.
