To whom it may concern,

Sara Kornoski started her social work internship at Community Housing
Network in May of 2014. Sara was the Community Programs Intern working
under the Emergency Solutions (ESG) Grant Program. Sara conducted ESG
program intakes with potential program participants. Saras responsibility
was to collect documentation and determine if the individual met program
eligibility requirements. Sara would then assist the individual in locating
affordable housing and advocate on behalf the individual with the new
potential landlord. Sara managed her own caseload and was responsible for
recertifications and documenting all information into the program
participants chart.
Sara conducted herself in a professional manner, she was reliable, worked
independently, returned correspondences in a timely manner, was eager to
learn and grow.
Saras passion for being a social worker was demonstrated by her efforts to
assist every participant she was assigned fairly and consistently.
