To inform my audience about my artifact that correlates to the non-religious

Thesis:
Since the scientific revolution and enlightenment that took place in the 17th
century the atheist movement has expanded and influenced people all throughout the ages.

1) Introduction
i) Attention Getter
faith is the act of believing or having fully reliance on something
that isnt there, Christians being the prime example centralizes their full foundation of their
religion on faith. In regards to that what would one use to have foundation on if they
believe in nothing? Science and logic are these principles that support the premise of what
atheist believe
b) Reasons to listen
i) In todays society the very being and involvement in the atheist movement has been
subjected to a negative connotation and stereotypical condescension, however through
personal contact and research these thoughts and assumptions have been tested and
challenged.
c) Credible statement
i) I have read and taken apologetics or both atheist and Christian standings
ii) I also believe in what science has to say about life, matter, and existence
d) Preview the main point
i) Explain what the Darwin fish is
ii) How it affects my culture or is centered
iii) And what I learned from this culture

2) The Darwin fish

a) The Darwin fish is a symbol used by atheist, agnostics, and evolutionist universally. Its a
mockery in a way to the Christian fish that has become a prominent symbol to that faith. In
regards to the significant difference in the name that lines inside the main point it makes is that
the fish has legs which is reference to Charles Darwins evolutionary theory that we all have
evolved from a primary ancestor, Furthermore our popular ancestor in regards to that is

primates. This directly goes against what religious people believe especially Christians since they
believe that man was created by God himself in the Garden of Eden.
How this affects my culture
a) Atheism having claims of being centered on logic and reason is supported by what this artifact
and symbol possess. Although it could be considered hypocritical to believe or use the theory of
evolution as foundation to their belief cause in light they are doing the exact same thing as
Christians are doing with the teaching and existence of good. They are both technically theories
with no actual tangible proof, so who in the end can really argue against one another?
b) In reference to the Fish the studies of natural selection, evolutionary theory, and the big bang
has been deeply rooted into what the atheist movement has concluded on their outlook on
what happened in the beginning and how they live their lives in regards to that assumption
c) In the end though its just a file of word vomit that are used just Christians use the bible in
reference to the beginning, which can be concluded that its just words with no tangible proof.
I learned from this culture
a) I learned that this culture is has its roots deeply engrained in logic and science which can infer
that through my interviews and studies that reasons and explanations were backed and
supported along with different perspectives and ethics. In-light of that the atheist culture was
not cold and heartless like the scientific community has been previously assumed. Atheists are
surprisingly warm and helpful in communities around the world with different humanitarian
principals and idealistic ethics. This can conclude that just because that atheist dont believe
that a God or Gods exist mean that they dont have a soul.
Conclusion
a) Review main points
i) Explain what the Darwin fish is
ii) How it affects my culture or is centered
iii) What I learned from this culture
b) Restate thesis
i) Since the scientific revolution and enlightenment that took place in the 17th century the
atheist movement has expanded and influenced people all throughout the ages.
Closure
a) In closing, Atheist because of their lack of belief in no God have been subjected to negative
connotations and stereotypes, however they are just simply doing what any other religious
person is doing as well, believing what they see is right and hold true. The same principle just
different contexts.
