Study Title: Perceptions and awareness of Youth Oasis among Baton

Rouge residents
Broad Magnolias is a public relations firm comprised of students from the Manship
School of mass communication at LSU. We are conducting a survey as a part of an
assignment for our Public Relations campaigns class (MC 4005) this semester. If you
are at least 18 years old and a resident of Baton Rouge, you are eligible to participate
in the survey.
The survey involves answering some basic demographic questions and some
questions about your attitude, awareness and perceptions toward the Youth Oasis
organization.
The purpose of the survey is to help us understand individual's knowledge level about
Youth Oasis and which publics an awareness campaign would be best aimed toward.
Your participation is completely voluntary, and your responses will be completely
anonymous. The data we collect will be analyzed for educational purposes only.
You do not have to answer any question you'd rather not answer and there are no
consequences if you decide not to complete the survey.
