BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Tara Reardon: Board Chair


Tara is the Director of ROC-NH, (Resident Owned Communities) a program of the
New Hampshire Community Loan Fund. ROC-NH helps residents of
manufactured-home parks come together to buy the land under their houses.
ROC is the NH Community Loan Funds oldest and best known program. Tara
previously maintained a law practice for 20 years, served in the New Hampshire
House of Representatives, Concords City Council and was commissioner of the
state Department of Employment Security for three years. She was recently
elected a Merrimack County Commissioner.

Larry Johansen: Vice Chair


Larry is the Director of Investments, New Hampshire Retirement System
(2010-Present). Prior to his appointment he served various positions at the New
York State Teachers Retirement System. Larry joined the staff of the
Retirement System in 1973 and was appointed Actuary in August, 1989. He is a
Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary under the
Employee Retirement Income Security Act, a Fellow of the Conference of
Consulting Actuaries, and a Member of the Society of Pension Actuaries, and an
Associate of the Society of Actuaries.

Amy Currie: Treasurer


Amy is the Director of Tax Credit and Equity Programs at the Community
Development Finance Authority. She has a masters degree in Community
Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University. Amy is very
active in the Concord community serving on the steering committee of the
Concord Young Professionals Network and is an indoor cycling instructor at the
Concord YMCA.

Jessica Fogg: Secretary


Jessica is the owner of JFogg Social Inspirations, an event planning and
promotions company with a strong community focus. Jessica volunteers
with many non-profit organizations such as Girls Inc. Concord, Intown
Concord and the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce and serves on
the Board of Directors for Concord TV and Concord250. Jessica is the

organizer of Midsummer Night Magic, the Concord Multicultural Festival, Free Family Fun at Market
Days and is on the Rock N Race planning committee.

Donna dHemecourt
Donna is an Interior Designer and Owner of Cottage Designs. A Concord
based full service interior design firm serving both residential and
commercial clients throughout New Hampshire. She has participated in
several show houses benefiting organizations throughout the state. She
previously served on the boards of Child and Family Service, New Hampshire
Interior Design Coalition, Cedar Cove and the Womans Club of Concord. She
has been actively involved in fundraising for many non-profit organizations
that advocate for women and children during the 30 years she has lived in
Concord.

Jon Hopkins
Jon has been the pastor of Concordia Lutheran Church in Concord, NH for
over four years. He is an active member of the Concord Community and is
passionate about creating an environment free from violence in our homes,
neighborhoods, work, and schools. Jon is currently the President of the
Greater Concord Interfaith Council, President of the New Hampshire Council
of Churches, President of Greater Concord Family Promise, Active member of
the New Hampshire Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty, member of the
Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce, member of the Emergency
Assistance Network and member of the Concord Coalition to End
Homelessness.

Jennifer Kretovic
Jennifer is the Finance Director at Parker Education, in Concord. In the community,
Jennifer serves as a key participant in the future of the city; from her past service on
the City Council to leading the former organization, Concord 2020. Jennifer joined the
board after becoming more aware of the wide impact of domestic and sexual
violence in Merrimack County.

Tom Reid
Tom worked as a prosecutor for almost 17 years. He has recently moved into
private practice. He is a New Hampshire native, having attended schools in
Durham and Exeter. He graduated from the Johns Hopkins University School
of Engineering and received his law degree from the Franklin Pierce Law
Center, what is now known as the UNH School of Law. Beginning in 1997, Tom

worked at the Rockingham County Attorneys Office as a Domestic Violence prosecutor, becoming the
Deputy County Attorney in 1999.

Brian Quirk
Brian is a Director in Preti Flaherty's Litigation Practice Group. Brian focuses his
practice on civil litigation, criminal defense and regulatory matters for
individuals and corporations. His experience includes numerous high-profile
trials and investigations, including several first-degree murder trials, defense of
multi-national corporations in securities investigations, and, other serious
criminal and civil matters. Brian is a member of the New Hampshire Attorney
General's Task Force on Child Abuse and Neglect, which was created in 1989 to
improve the system-wide response to child mistreatment in New Hampshire.

Jay Zax
Jay works as a Child and Family Services of NH-Adoption Worker.
Formerly he worked for the Hillsborough County Attorney's Office as
a Victim Advocate. He was assigned only to cases involving "crimes
against persons" and is experienced with child sexual abuse, child
physical abuse, child sexual abuse images, domestic violence,
stalking, adult sexual assaults, and adult physical assaults. Jay is the
2012 recipient of the "Hands of Hope" Award from the New
Hampshire Children's Alliance for "exemplary service and dedication
to providing quality services and fair treatment to child victims of
crime".
