Closure
Wrap up hand out activity. Have students put pencils, crayons
away.
Ask to use a number of drawings as an example for showing
how there are different traditions even in our classroom.
When a community has different cultures this gives everyone
a chance to learn about certain traditions. When a community
has a large population of people from the same culture, that
community will some times include celebrations, museums and
festivals for that culture.
Saskatoon has what kind of museum there?
They also have a Ukrainian days at the park every year
where anyone can go taste tradition food, listen to traditional
music, and watch traditional dance, and also have a chance to
make Traditional Art.
