LAUNCH IN HONG KONG Le Pain Quotidien, now an international brand with more than 200 restaurants in over 16 countries around the world, will launch in Hong Kong mid 2015 in conjunction with major Hong Kong restaurant group, Dining Concepts. Founded in Brussels in 1990 by Alain Coumont, who currently serves as the Companys Chief Creative Officer, Le Pain Quotidien will bring its bakery-restaurant communal dining style to the enjoyment of Hong Kongs casual dining scene. Chief Executive Officer Vincent Herbert has served as the CEO of Le Pain Quotidien Licensing S.A. since 2003. In this capacity, he manages the company-owned operations in the United States, France and the U.K. and oversees the international franchise business. Le Pan Quotidien, French for the daily bread, invites guests to escape their hectic urban lifestyles and savor the simplicity of good food and good company. Le Pain Quotidien serves simple, wholesome and sustainable food for breakfast, brunch and lunch and dinner in most locations. Made with organic ingredients whenever possible, the menus include soups, salads, signature tartines, homemade pastries and artisanal bread. The menu includes many vegan and vegetarian options. Takeaway and catering menus offer fresh Le Pain Quotidien products to enjoy at home, offices or at events. Recently in Hong Kong to sign the agreement with Dining Concepts, CEO Vincent Herbert inspected a range of locations for future possible expansion, whilst obtaining an overview of dining styles around the city.
