After completing the lesson, the student will be able to recognize materials by their observable properties (e.g.,
solids, liquids, and gases). Also, students will create a short video to show their understanding of matter.

Closing/Assessment
Students will be assessed with an exit ticket through
Socrative. It will have different questions to make sure
students understand the difference between solids,
liquids, and gases.
Homework
Students homework will be to answer discussion posted
on Edmodo. They need to answer the post in a
paragraph. They also need to read their classmates
responses.
