To conduct the chat we used Google Hangouts.


Positives of this chat tool were:
The tool was very user friendly and took no time to figure out.
Google Hangouts is compatible with our ODU accounts and with anyone who has a Gmail account.
The video was clear and there were no lags.
Negatives of using this chat tool were:
I didnt feel there were any negative to using Google Hangouts. I think as long as the schools permit the
site, it would be a great tool for students to use.
