Reflection of Annotated Bibliography
One important thing that I learned about myself from this assignment was that I know a
lot of picture books but I didnt know as many other types of books. Doing this annotated
bibliography helped me expand my knowledge of nonfiction books, poetry books, and children
novel books. I recognized some of the novel books but I hadnt read many of them so I didnt
know if they would be good to use in my classroom. Now I have a collection of books that I can
refer back to in the future. I have done a similar annotated bibliography for another class, but I
tried to use different books for this assignment so that I would have more to look back on when
Im teaching. This assignment made me wonder what other types of books are out there that I am
unfamiliar with. How will I know which types of books will help my students the most?
