Now lead by a president but used to be by the czars
Nicholas II to Stalin to Putin
All of them had to change something about human rights
But every time they did it would cause someone to fight

Though all they do is groan and say this is our home

Now lets talk a little bit about Russias past, and its entire cast
Who contributed to the hostility of it
And the civilians who fought for the possibility of it, but dont have the mental ability to
understand how much wrong they were doing
During this the czar felt controversy brewing
But couldnt stop the blood that was spewing, on bloody Sunday where all of it would begin
Nicholas II then founded the Duma, a different government for the people that never lived up to
expectations within
Still unhappy, people formed their own groups between conservatives, and the radicals who were
scrappy
Oh and dont forget the liberals who fought legally to keep it classy
They all wanted change in some type of way, and they just may, threaten to kill so just step out
of their way

Fast forward into the time of a man named Lenin
Who people still love to this day even after ascending to heaven
His chants still echo through the streets
Chanting Bread, Land, and Peace
Man who would have even known
That it was possible for the czars to be overthrown
A new era formed which would be called Communism
And all of Mother Russia would be newly named the Soviet Union
And after all that the humans thought they had reached a conclusion in which Communism
would be the solution
Control over the nation was still present though
Citizens still had to tip-toe around so they couldnt be heard like Van Gogh
Especially after Lenin stop being president
You could barely even breathe because of the man who took his place was so malevolent
His name was Joseph Stalin, perhaps one of the worst people ever
Took total control of the country and everything it had went towards the state which means the
people make no money whatsoever
The Soviet people were back to square one just like their ancestors were with the czars
With Stalin now in power and all the citizens cower
Someone needed to take a stand

But how could you make a stand with secret police everywhere waiting with weapon in hand
Sitting there quietly at night
Saying Yo im tearing this Pravda up tomorrow
Pray that WWII will stop Stalins reign
Even though you know the pain will still leave a stain
No matter what you will always believe in your country, even if its

Now present day, and trust me the Communist state still didnt decay
Even though it is named Russia and they have a democracy
Their new president doesnt follow that honesty is the best policy
Apparently Putin can walk on water and give birth, to a new and better Russia
You might as well call him the most interesting man on earth
But really all he has done is keep Russia parked on a Communism pad
It is so dark, there is no sun, and Russia feels like they are being pulled apart
Will citizens ever receive the rights they never had
Or will poor mother Russia still continue on with its bleeding heart
