Policy
Meeting Times
In person on Thursday every week 2:30PM to 4:00PM
Meetings will be held on the second floor of the library
Duties
Each member is held responsible for their own duties
Leader is responsible for setting meetings and achieving set goals in a timely
manner.
Editor-in-Chief is responsible for overviewing and editing works prior to
submission.
Photographer is responsible for managing and editing media.
Communication
Electronic messaging will be the primary communication tool
Discussions in available class times will be our secondary tool
Members have 24 hours to respond to inquiries
Exceptions
Members can only miss one deadline before being issued a warning
Approved project extensions have an additional 24 hours from the original deadline
Members are allowed to miss one meeting before being issued a warning
Performance Expectations and Standards
All members are expected to work in a professional and efficient manner

Conflict Resolution

Conflict resolution will be done in a fair manner where each member will be able to voice
their own opinions and concerns. A proper discussion will occur until a compromise or an
agreement is achieved.

Firing Clause
A firing clause will be submitted when a member refuses to comply with the rules put
forth by this charter. Members who do not fulfill any expectations will be given a first warning
and any other failures afterwards will be submitted to conflict resolution. A maximum of three
warnings is to be issued, any further warnings will result in a firing clause submission.

iFixit Project
The goal of Googli is to provide information and knowledge so that typical consumers
and users can have the necessary tools and information to fix their Inova microlight and have
their mind at ease that they are helping the environment by reducing electronic waste.
