Describe how a variety of stakeholders from within the LEA and the communityat-large participated in the planning process.
I did on my own.
Summarize the relevant research and describe how it supports the plan's
curricular and professional development goals.
Summarize the plans major curricular and professional development
outcomes that are supported by research.
Describe and cite the relevant research that supports the plans outcomes.
Describe the connection between the research and the plans goals.

Integrating technology into the school should significantly help students to
succeed in their education. The designed technology plan should be well
prepared and be part of the overall school-improvement, otherwise, it is
known to be not effective. Technology affects not only those most
directly involved in teaching and learning (teachers and students), but also
other stakeholders: administrators, other educators and school staff that is

why it is important to extended plan for everyone that is relevant to

schnool.1 The Harmony Public Schools technology goals and strategies will mainly
focus on these categories: Teaching and Learning and Professional Development.
Research done by department of education states that professional developments
are very important and the monitoring the teachers participation.2
