Work Breakdown Structure



A. Project Objectives
a. To develop an online learning content that meet the
specifics needs of students from Australia specifically from
K-12 grades.
B. Project Deliverables
a. Each team is required to complete different tasks before
developing the final project outcome. Each part of the
process should be passed through the Steering Committee
and the Project Management
Group or Team
Writing Team
Designing Team
Developing Team

Responsibilities

of the learning project


C. Level One: Work Assignment
a. Scott Allen and his team are going to develop an online
learning object for Australian learners from K-12 years old.
The team needs to be divided into three sub teams:
i. 1) Writing responsible for designing the briefs),
ii. 2) Designing responsible for designing
specifications,
iii. 3) Development responsible for developing the
learning object. For all this stages there are different
work assignments.
D. Level Two: Tasks
a. There are tasks for each team to complete for this project:
i. Design or write the briefs for the story inside the
learning object
ii. Choose the best 15 briefs for analysis
iii. Design the specifications for the learning object
iv. Receive feedback from the Subject Matter Experts
v. Send the final specifications to the steering
committee
vi. Wait for approval from the steering committee
vii. Send the final design specifications to the
developing them
viii. Develop the learning object

Project Scope
a. The scope of the project is to design and develop high-quality online
digital content organized around one or more of the following themes:
i. Geographical, economic, environmental, ethical, ideological,
and political systems, and/or issues
ii. The way we are now
iii. The way we want for the future
b. It should be noted that all of the above must be covered in the total
body of content developed in the project but that not all elements
need to be present in each individual learning object.
