Dear residents/flat owners,

Kindly request you to take care of the following points keeping view of safety a
nd convenience.
1. Park your vehicles in your designated parking slot only, if parking is not al
lotted please park in open parking till parking slot is given.
2. Please follow the traffic rules and traffic direction. For assistance talk to
security at main gate.
3. Ask all your visitors (friends, relatives, service providers etc.) to make an
entry in the security and park their vehicles in open parking.
4. Display the SNN Raj Serenity Resident sticker on all your vehicles (stickers
are available with CRM or Facility admin).
5. Stick to the interior work timing (extra hour working causes disturbance to t
he families presently staying).
6. Alert security main gate (90000 through intercom) or Facility Manager (90007)
in case of any security/rule violations.
7. Ensure that house maids have ID cards and report to security before entering
the house/premises.
8. Handover garbage to the maintenance personnel and ensure that it is cleared.
Make arrangement to clear the woodwork scrap by yourself or contractor. Please d
on t dump/throw garbage at any place. Use public dustbins.
9. Avoid playing loud music (in common areas), this may disturb the people aroun
d you.
