The source of Black


Poverty isnt Black
Culture, its American
Culture. The article
talks about how
poverty in the black
community isnt due
to the culture of the
black people, but to
the culture of
America. The article
talks about three
options as
conclusions to the
Black poverty rates.
It talks about the
cultural forces at play
and which is possibly
true. In simple terms
there are three
reasons to why the
black community
continues to
experience higher
levels of poverty. Its
either the fault of the

that involve the U.S.
government. The
ludicrous violence by
ISIS has led to the
devastation of
mosques, churches,
synagogues, tombs,
shrines and other
cultural and sacred
relics at an

in the region graced
with thousands of
historic sites. The
remains of Syrias
culture and the
cultures of other
countries in the
Middle East. These
cultures are gravely
threatened by

only ones who are

moral, or less
