Grading Policy
Your grade is based on the following percentages

Lectue Journal

10% Tests 25%

The lecture journal: contains all class assignments, class notes, and warm ups. It is graded at the end of
each week. 10 points is assigned if complete. You have 1 day to make up work for each excused
absence. It is your responsibility to make up work on time.
Quizzes: are given weekly based on the material covered that week
Tests: There will be a final exam for each quarter given at the end of the quarter
Homework: There will be at least one homework assignment per week. It is absolutely necessary to do
homework to be successful in Math
Grading Scale:
90-100% A
80-89% B
70-79% C
56-69% D
0-55% F
