Thank you. So, like I told you briefly over the phone earlier...i submitted
my application package for two positions in different departments in the
same hospital and then received notification that I was screened and
deemed qualified for both positions. The HR department then forwarded
my file with a referral to the hiring unit, in this case, the nurse managers
of both departments. This referral is basically a recommendation for
them to carry on and schedule an interview. So far, I have an interview
scheduled for Aug 5 th with medical surgical nurse manager and now
waiting to hear from the mental health nurse manager. I bet it'll be one of
these days. The mental health position only closed yesterday and I
received the notification letter just today. I have to admit, in all my
career, this is the quickest I have ever been contacted for
interviews. It truly is a result-producing resume formula.

Before I go ahead to talk about these 4 Gold Keys, let me tell you a
little bit about my story and how I came about all the stuff Im about to
share with you in this book.

Who am Iand why should you listen to me?


My name is Sylvester Nkongho. For the past 4 years, beginning
from the outbreak of the recent recession that changed the job market
from not so good to bad, ugly, and frighteningly-competitive
I have introduced myself into an entirely new and fascinating
world of influence and persuasion, in search for formulas that can help
anyone get the kind of job they want.
And although I enjoy being referred to as The Recession-made
Job-getting Expert
I must admit, I got into all of these by pure accident, when I got
fed up with my former job as Supplier Performance Supervisor, doing
work that was practically reserved for a Senior Manager position, but
getting very little financial compensation and even begging for
recognition from my selfish boss, in return.

nasty-little company politics statements like: I am putting you through a
development plan for a bigger position, or you need to develop your
leadership skills first, or that training youll be undergoing in Ghana

Nothing happened!
For several years, I had been avoiding the question of looking for
another high-paying job elsewhere. I simply never wanted to repeat the
same struggle I went through before getting my first job, after leaving
university.
I wanted to grow within the company I was working for. So, I
figured out that for me to become more valuable to my boss, my
employer, and my industry, I would need to do some sort of Certification
or MBA, which would enable me stand out from the huge crowd of job
seekers. So I enrolled into the SPSM (Senior Professional in Supply
Management) Certification, one of the worlds leading online
certifications in Purchasing and Supply Management.
I kept improving my work with the ideas I got from my certification
course, while keeping my fingers crossed, hoping one day things would
change and I would get a promotion.
But to my exasperation, I found that my boss was rather playing
company politics with my desire for a promotion to get me to work
even harder for her selfish benefits.
So, I immediately activated my Plan B, and started looking for
another higher paying job.
Before then, all along I was told, finding a job while working is
fairly easy.
But I was terribly surprised when, from dozens of rsums and
cover letters I sent out for job openings you wont believe it I was
NEVER called, not even for a single interview.
I suspected there was a problem with my rsum and cover letter.
So I bought all the books and courses I could lay my hands on that
carried advice on how to write attention-grabbing rsums and cover
letters and on how to ace job interviews.
In the next bunch of rsums and cover letters I sent out, I included
all the techniques I learned from my rsum writing books and courses.

Yet to my greatest dismay, nothing happened!

I NEVER landed a single interview


At one point, I thought some satanic black magician was sitting
on my luck.
It was almost certain to me that I had zero luck with picking up a
better-paying job.
I was always depressed when I saw some of my colleagues landing
high-paying jobs within the company and in other BIG Companies,
because I knew most of them were not smarter than I was.
Every single day that passed got me more FRUSTRATED!
Not being able to find another job after searching for too long, I
incurred some additional loans to start a small bar business to
supplement the little leftover I had as salary.
But this bar business was doing more damage to my finances than
good. I guess it was because I had no previous experience in managing a
business, let alone that type of business that needed a rigorous follow up
of every detail.

My debts kept increasing and my salary


decreasing!
Things were now very tight financially for me at the end of every
month, and it was really difficult to make ends meet.
My salary when I got that job, though at the time sounded like a
good salary, was now insufficient to pay my debts and take care of my
needs. And my financial obligations kept increasing.
I couldnt even pride myself on having a salary, because
immediately as I received my meager monthly salary, I had to pay all the
bills and at the end, nothing was left for me to live on. It was like youre

working but youre not seeing where the money is going. What was
coming in was far less than what was going out.
The only way for me to continue living after paying all my bills was
to get into further debt.
I was afraid of the way things were going. And I said to myself, If I
continue living like this, I may never get out of debt, and I may never
live the life I have always dreamed of like riding in a bigger luxurious
car, owning a personal home of my choice, sending my kids to college
and preparing them a brighter future, and all other good things that come
with a good life.
And you know when youre working, people expect a lot from
you financially, especially in family and social circles. Nothing is more
humiliating than when you cant improve or maintain your financial
status among friends and family, or keep to your financial obligations
and promises with creditors.
As crazy as it might sound, I was asking myself, How can I have a
way of connecting directly with a serious hiring manager who is just
looking for a serious worker like myself and who can just give me a call,
saying, Come and start working with me tomorrow.
I just wanted a way a formula, to get another high-paying job
and get out of my financial mess compounded by the pesky treatment I
was receiving from my boss.
By this time, all the job hunting books and programs I had tried
seemed to be lacking some vital ingredients to make them work. They
just didnt feel right. So I had to look for a better way out. And for those
who know me, I hardly give up on anything I set my mind on.
So I vowed:

I must figure out a way to get a higher-paying job


Then somewhere along the way, a thought suddenly hit me that I
should contact some senior purchasing managers in other companies and
ask them about the problems they were facing with purchasing, in order

to really see whether I could be of any advice with the fresh knowledge I
had acquired from my certification. In the back of my mind, I knew this
was a strategy to create some networking so that I would be informed
earlier enough of any job opportunities before they ever reached the
public announcement stage.
While I was going through that process, a vacancy was opened in
Diageo-Guinness, United Kingdom, the headquarters of the same multinational company I was working for. It was the position of Purchasing
Category Manager which reported to the Head of Purchasing for Africa
my boss functional boss, whom for privacy reasons Ill simply refer
to as Andy. Luckily, I had developed a good relationship with Andy as
well as other people from the UK team, from when we all first met in a
workshop in Ghana.
So, I contacted one of the UK guys to figure out what was really
required for the position. I didnt want to go by the job description alone,
as that had always been the case with my past failures.
Due to my longtime interest in becoming a consultant one day, I had
also once read from a book on marketing and selling consulting
services that finding the underlying problems of a client is crucial for
success in getting hired as a consultant. But as an employee, I had never
considered applying that principle to my job search.
Following that principle, and with the information I got about what
was really required of the position, I mustered courage and applied for
the position.
To my awesome amazement, I received an email from Andy that he
would be calling me for an interview the following Wednesday at 2 pm.

I was blown away with excitement and ecstasy


I prayed that my boss should not get to know about what was
happening before the interview. And as if God heard my prayers, she
knew nothing that was going on. And on that blessed Wednesday
morning, something miraculous happened. She complained that she

could not work because she had an excruciating neck pain, and she went
back home.
At 2 pm I went into the meeting room and my phone rang. It was
Andy and he interviewed me at length. Then he told me hed get back to
me a couple of weeks later.
Three weeks later, my boss called me into the meeting room and
told me that Andy requested that she ask me if Id like to move to the UK
for a 3 to 6 months probationary period to see if I could occupy the
Regional Purchasing Category Manager position.
I happily accepted. My mind was swimming with joy while I
listened to and watched her speak. She was struggling to hold a smile on
her face, as if she was happy for me. In my mind, I was saying to her, I
got youyouve seen nothing from me yet this is just the beginning.
And I felt a deep satisfying feeling of revenge. Who said, Success is the
best revenge? Nothing could be truer.
Its worth noting that this was a position requiring someone with
eight years of experience in a similar or closely related role and promised
to pay more than twice my salary plus great benefits. But I had less than
six years working experience. And it was yet a combined experience as
opposed to purchasing experience only. Thats when it dawned on me,
for the first time, that:

real world especially when you know what the

As I was rejoicing over the effectiveness of my newly found
rsum, cover letter and interview tricks, while arrangements were
being made for me to move to London, I stumbled on the book Think
And Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. I read every page of it. It is one of the
greatest books I have ever read on success.
Next was Bob Proctors You Were Born Rich, then the movie The
Secret and a whole lot of personal development books, audio and video
programs. I also watched YouTube videos, and bought and studied books

and home study courses from the worlds greatest teachers like John
Assaraf, Jack Canfield, Brian Tracy, Mark Victor Hansen, Les Brown,
Jim Rohn, Zig Zigglar, Tony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki and a few others.
As I was studying these things, all of a sudden my belief about
myself changed and a new world of awareness opened up to me. My selfconfidence increased dramatically and I quickly realized that my jobgetting techniques were so powerful that I could use them at any time to
get whatever high-paying job I wanted. The only thing for me to figure
out before writing my rsum and cover letter was

I quickly realized that without this information, the rest is complete
waste of time and effort (only extreme luck can get you called for an

With this evolved awareness and the confidence in my job-getting
techniques, I did one of the craziest things in the eyes of everybody who
ever knew me!
To the surprise of everyone, I resigned from my job and created my
own Advice, Consulting, Coaching and Training business. I knew deep
within that:

(I remember my boss asking What about the promotion I have
been negotiating for you, and the assignment to the UK? To which, I
didnt respond, but rather I stared at her with a look that meant, To the
abyss of HELL with all that CRAP!)
Instead of moving to another job that would give me a bit more
money but less time and freedom to enjoy it, I decided that I would use
the same techniques to get jobs with companies where I could be an
independent consultant and start my own consulting business.

With my newly found job-getting techniques, I could get new


business for myself in the form of consulting jobs. I KNEW, without any
doubt that that was the ULTIMATE way to freedom.
But I also knew that if the worst came to worst and things got very
bad on the business side (especially with my limited business experience
at the time), I could still look for another job with my easy job-getting
techniques.
And really a couple of months later, it got really tough with my
business.
I was still in business but new consulting work was coming in very
slowly. After doing one job, it would take months to get another.
In fact,

I was making the same big mistake many people make


while they have a good permanent job
They never think about tomorrow or that one day things might get
rough.
That is instead of starting to look for another consulting job
immediately after having a new one, I would wait until the job I had in
hand expired before I started looking for another one. Instead of
prospecting about ten different companies in a row so that I would
always have something in the pipeline to jump to after my current
assignment expires, I stayed contented with the job I had and was simply
surprised when the job finally got to an end. I was operating with a
typical employee mindset, instead of that of an independent business
owner.
And you know, contrary to a permanent job (I put permanent in
quotes because such a job doesnt exist in realitybut anyway, that
aside), there is no fixed salary when you are working only on
assignment contracts as a consultant.

As you might have guessed, even the bar business that I created and
named Futuris came crashing down as well. Futuris never saw the
future!
So, it got to a point where I was supposed to look for another
permanent job alongside my consulting business, in order to take care
of some fixed monthly bills and to pay my accrued debts.
For me it was rather simple. I followed the same information-getting
process as before to figure out exactly what problem the hiring manager
really wanted to solve. But this time, from my additional experience as a
consultant, I sent out a few interview-getting rsums and cover letters to
well-targeted, unadvertised positions.

A couple of weeks later, I was called for an interview


This one really surprised me: I was given the job the same day on
the spot and it was about double the salary of my previous job.
Once again, in the real world, my job-getting techniques were tried,
tested and proven to work. This rang a bell for me to see how to tighten
the nuts and bolts and put this into a formula or system that anyone
could use. I knew there were millions of people out there who needed

or who-you-know categories mentioned above, then securing a ticket
to the interviews would require you to communicate in a way that creates
instant trust and makes you fascinating and likeable by the recruiter or
hiring manager.
For someone to like and trust you and find you competent just from
your words, youll need to speak their likes and interests, as well as
prove that youre the type of person theyre looking for.
Youll need to step into their minds and see things from their
perspective. Youll need to speak their language intellectually and
emotionally!
Sure, this is a tough job to do. But it can be done. And it can be
done quite easily if youre clearly taught step-by-step-by-step how to do

Entering the conversation already taking place in the


hiring managers mind
One of the worlds greatest hypnotic copywriters and author of the
1930s was Robert Collier. He had the amazing writing ability to sell
everyday commodities such as books, raincoats, fertilizer machinery,
stocks, neckties, and tires, all by United States Mail.
In case the words hypnotic copy-writing are new to you, what
Collier did was that he wrote letters about what he was selling and mail
them to prospects who read them and were so moved by them that they
had to buy what he was selling.

Robert Colliers sales letters were so powerful that, as a result, he


literally dumped hundreds of millions of dollars into the pockets of the
people who hired him to write those letters for their products.
Now you may be asking: what does writing interview-getting
rsums and cover letters have in common with writing letters to sell
books, raincoats, and all that stuff?
Well, I guess you already know the answer:
You are a product that needs to be sold to a hiring manager.
Period!
And every truly great salesperson will tell you that people go
through almost the same emotional and mental influences before making
a buying decision for anything, no matter its nature.
For someone to buy anything (or hire anyone), it (or the candidate)
must appeal to the buyers heart and mind. In other words, human
psychology is fundamentally the same when it comes to buying anything.

Colliers Principle
One of Colliers principles that has stood the test of time the
ultimate test, and that has been followed by every legendary writer or
copywriter up to date from old school John Caples, Claude Hopkins,
Victor Schwab, Eugene Shwartz to new school Gary Halbert, Christian
Godefroy, John Carlton, Ted Nicholas and Dan Kennedy is this:
Always enter the conversation already taking place in the prospects
mind.
Collier wrote, No matter what product or service youre writing
about, first put yourself in the place of your prospective customer. Think
of every property you could possibly desire in such a product or service.
Think of everything you would like to have it do for you. Work out the
ultimate detail, then write a message that stresses every desirable point.
So to paraphrase that: I would say, as a prospective candidate for a
high-paying job, if and when you are writing about yourself in a rsum

or cover letter, first put yourself in the place of your prospective


customer the hiring manager or recruiter.
Think of every quality (qualifications, experience, skills,
accomplishments, attitude, character, etc) you could possibly desire in
the ideal candidate.
Think of everything you would like to have he/she do for you. In
other words:

the problems you want them to be able to solve,


the results you want them to be able to deliver,
the frustrations you want them to be able to free you from.

Work out the ultimate detail, then write a message (a rsum or


cover letter) that stresses every desirable point.
I know that still sounds like theory. And it really is, unless you see
how that is done in practice.
Let me demonstrate this powerful colliers principle with a few
examples.
But before I do that, lets take a look at what this is not about. Then
later, well shift gears to what this is all about.

Hard-To-Notice Resume Mistake #1: How NOT to


Enter a Conversation already taking place in a hiring
managers mind
You and I know that, if it was all easy, the most effective way to get
a job is to make physical contacts with the hiring manager. And then use
whatever magic you can to make them give you their hears for you to tell
them what you can do for them and why they should hire you.
Now that we dont have such a luxury, the next big chance weve
got is sending them a resume or curriculum vitae.

But the problem with traditional resumes is that they are really
pieces of paper with some writings on them. Thats really what they boil
down to.
Now I understand that might be too harsh, but I want to make the
point as strongly as I possibly can.
What I am really trying to get at is the fact that, most resumes dont
even get close to simulating a physical person-to-person contact or
conversationyou know they are far from the good ol love letter from
a boyfriend to a girlfriend.
The two are different: one is a tidal wave of emotions or personal
feelings expressed in writing and the other is just flat-boring inert matter
paper!
Of course I am not suggesting you write a love letter to a hiring
manager. That would be insane, you know. But who knows? (Maybe you
can have some fun with that!)
Anyway, heres the point:

Be A Door-To-Door Salesperson
So lets say you were shown a hiring managers office, and lets
assume hes never met you before.
But you have as ultimate mission to go there, knock at the door,
interrupt him while he is seriously thinking about how to solve a pressing
business problem, have him open the door, and what will you say to him,
as the first and ONLY phrase that will enable him let you in to tell your
full story and why he should hire you?
Would you say Curriculum Vitae?
Would you say Resume?
Would you say Marilyn Johnsons CV?
Would you say John Doe, PhD, MBA?

The Tradition Resume Doesnt Look, Feel or Sound


Real
It is completely removed from reality. It doesnt enter the
conversation already taking place in a hiring managers mind.
As I am fond of saying, getting hired through a traditional me-too,
mediocre resume is more a matter of luck than strategic thinking.

But I wasnt Lucky


Even as a young Industrial Engineer working in the procurement
department of Guinness-Diageo Cameroon as Supplier Performance
Supervisor, I wasnt still lucky.
In 2008, I enrolled in the online SPSM (Senior Professional in
Supply Management) Certification course with Next Level Purchasing
Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA, USA one of the worlds most recognized
certifications in Purchasing and Supply Management and about a year
later, I got certified.
I thought that if my name on my resume suddenly changed from
Sylvester Nkongho to Sylvester Nkongho, SPSM, I will get an
advantage in the job market. Guess what? I wasnt still lucky!
Even though I hated my job for legitimate reasons: I was underpaid, was disrespected by my boss, and wasnt recognized for all the
amazing contributions I brought to the business it took me quite a ton
of resumes applying for jobs without a single call for an interview.

I wish I had known what I know now


You see, after studying the principles of copywriting, it became
clear to me what my problem was.
Copywriting is defined as salesmanship in print. Or a door-to-door
salesperson disguised as written word on paper.

And as I said before, one of the core principles of effective


copywriting colliers principle is entering the conversation in the
prospects mind.
Thats the only way the prospect will be hooked to the piece of
written text, even in the absence of a live-breathing human being talking.
In other words, the written piece will do the face-to-face talking.
Now that I have taken a further step to define what entering the
conversation in the hiring managers mind really means, lets wrap it up
with

Emelindas Story
Emelinda was referred to me by her mom. Her mom was very happy
with the way I coached and guided her to landing her first full-time
hospital job as a new grad nurse.
I know you might be saying, but thats no big deal, there are plenty
of jobs out there for nurses, right? Well you are partly right and partly
wrong.
In the US where I currently reside, there are nursing jobs in nursing
homes and home healthcare but not in hospitals.
And it is especially hard for a new grad nurse to pick up a hospital
job, right straight from school. If you doubt what I am saying, ask a new
grad nurse.
Anyway
I had coached her mom from start to finish: helped her revamp her
resume, prepared her for interviews and behold, the very first interview
she got, she nailed it and was offered the job.
But Emelindas own case was different. Shes a nurse with about 8
years of experience. So it is pretty easy for her to send her old me-too,
mediocre resume and wait with certainty that even if it takes 3 months,
shell will still end up with something, right?

But heres the problem


She was pregnant and was about to move to a bigger house with her
husband in a completely different city in the state of California.
Her goal was that immediately she gave birth she wanted to pick up
her next jobfast! And she wanted it to be with a states veteran hospital
where shes been working for the past 5 years and not with a private
hospital.
And so, with all those self-imposed choices that narrowed down her
chances,

She didnt want to count on luck


And since her mother had told her about me and that I could handle
the tall order, she gave me the call.
Before working with Emelinda,

Heres what her old, me-too resume looked like:

cases, get a so what, who cares response, especially if it is in a pile of
similar resumes and heres why.

1. It is plain-vanilla and doesnt stand out.
2. It doesnt enter the conversation thats already taking place in the
hiring managers or recruiters mind.
The opening statements here, depending on where your eyeballs
first fall, is either (at the top):

Since people naturally read from top to bottom and from left to
right, they will most likely read the part that starts with Emelinda
Kiven, before reading the part that starts with Objective:
The hard-to-notice flaw here is that her objective statement,
although somewhat positive, still sounds clich something that has
become overly familiar or commonplace.
It doesnt sound or feel like its coming from the heart or unique to
the candidate. And because of that, it is not believable. So, the response
of the hiring manager will probably be something like, Ive heard that
before, try something else.
After working with Emelinda,

patient saying:

And How I Can Make a Really Profound Difference
As Registered Nurse in Your Healthcare Facility!

Now, that doesnt sound clich at all. And by the way, thats a true
story. She has the letter and she can prove it, even in an interview!
In fact, a scanned copy of that letter is printed on the last page of her
VIP-resume for additional proof.
And just so you know, no single word in those paragraphs could be
left unread. The reason is simple: all the words tell the full story and
people like stories as youll see in the next gold key.
So in other words, if she was allowed to say only one phrase that
would enable the hiring manager standing at the door to let her into
his office for her to tell her full story and explain why she should be
hired over any other competing candidate, thats what shell say.
Thats what shell say before even saying her name. Thats what
makes her unique and valuable. And thats why her name is the last thing
to the right remember people read from top to bottom and from left to
right.

My mastery of colliers principle has improved over


the years
I have always been learning and improving this VIP-reserved
resume.
In the past when I started developing these kinds of resumes, I used
to place the name of the person to the left, before placing the headline,
as you can see from some of the sample VIP-reserved resumes.
But as my mastery of colliers principle has improved, I no longer
recommend that.
Although you may still get attention by placing a really powerful
headline after your name or under the words Objective Summary as I
did in the past its however risky.
Dont get me wrong, there are certain names that get instant
attention and could be used as headlines. But the problem is that those
are mostly names of celebrities like Bill Gates, Oprah, Obama, etc.
But if you are an ordinary folk like myself, no hiring manager cares
about your name unless you first show them what you have to offer the
whats in it for them.
Youll find the same thing with articles in most magazines and
newspapers: the headline always precedes the name of the author.
Magazine editors understand that its all about the reader and whats
in it for them. Not about the author. Without the reader who pays for the
magazine every month, the magazine wont exist.
Heres an example from a FORBES Magazine article:

But, lets face the facts here. I know you may be saying,

What if I dont have a thank you or complimentary


letter from my boss?
Well, I have several answers for that question.
First, it must not be a written signed letter on paper. It might be a
well done or thank you email sent to you by a colleague or your boss
for a certain task you accomplished.
And that reminds me of the amazing thing with Emelinda.
She had that complimentary letter and she didnt even know what to
do with it. Its only after I asked her if shes ever had something positive
said about her by a patient or her boss or a colleague that she thought
about the letter and went and pulled it out.

Heres One Of The Biggest Questions In A Hiring


Managers or Recruiters Mind
I have had this same experience with many other clients. They have
all these good things said about them in emails, thank you notes,

annual certificates of recognition, even recommendations on their


LinkedIn profile, but they tend to neglect them.
They dont understand that one of the biggest questions in a hiring
managers mind that must be answered before you get hired is: What
would your colleagues, boss, friend, school teachers say about you
and your work, attitude, and behavior?
Another truth about persuasion and influence is that: what is said
about you by someone or a third-party is a thousand times more
believable than what you say about yourself.
Thats why almost every company includes a background check on
all their potential hires.
That said
Second, thats not the only way to enter the conversation already
taking place in the hiring managers mind. As you can see from the
sample VIP-reserved resumes, there are many other ways to enter the
conversation already taking place in the hiring managers mind.
Third, everyone has something about them that is valuable and
unique. You just need to know how to find it. And there are some
questions I call Gold-digging Questions, that can help you find that

Alain was in a 6-week assignment in Dubai and when he heard that

it sounds like news or a story one must pay attention to. It contains highvalue words (aka attention-getting or power words) like: Olympics,
London Stock Exchange, 50 years and Barack Obama in the pre-headline
that sets the stage for the headline itself. Very powerful!
Reason #2 it enters the conversation already taking place in a
hiring managers mind. This conversation is about review and
development of standard operating procedures. This is one of the
most important aspects of productivity and performance in every
organization and hence an important topic of interest to a hiring manager.
Reason #3 it differentiates the candidate from the rest of the pack.
As we shall see in Gold Key #3, people like something that is new,
unusual and different.

But heres the deal:

A good story can sell anything


Storytelling is powerful, because we all love a good story. Weve
been condition to love and learn through stories.
Most of the great lessons of life were passed on to us in the form of
stories, such as in the Bible, history books, movies, autobiographies of
great people, stories in the news, bedside and nighttime stories told to us
by our parents, etc.
Fiction books far outnumber and outsell nonfiction books, and

A great story narrated about anything would increase the value of
that thing dramatically.
All great journalists and news editors understand the story-value of

They can take a worthless, so what, who cares? event and turn it
into the most attractive thing to read, listen to, or watch. Do not take my
word for it. Just pay attention to the story hooks and headlines on radio,
TV, cover of magazines, titles of bestselling books, etc, etc.

Fascinating Statements
Next to stories, in terms of attention-getting and attention-keeping
power, is whats known as fascinations or fascinating statements. These
are statements that create curiosity in the audiences mind while at the
same time address something of benefit or value to the audience.
For example, the statement: 3 most dangerous mistakes most job
seekers make, is a fascinating statement. It creates curiosity while
addressing something of value or benefit to job seekers.

enthusiastic. (the hiring manger or recruiter is probably saying: can
you prove it?).
Meanwhile, the statements from VIP-reserved rsums are unique,
compelling, full of specifics and more believable.

The big difference stems from the indisputable fact that: People

Let me prove it.
So whats a person really buying when they buy a brand new CClass Mercedez Benz?

I know many people will argue that they are buying a means of

that when people change cars they always go for a superior make or
