Introduction of a new packaging technique by developing a

new packaging design and reducing the cost.
To calculate the cost of the existing packaging materials used
in shirts and then developing a design and choosing the
appropriate material that reduces the existing cost and also is
sustainable.

The prototype designed will have multiple benefits:

It will remove the use of hangers used at retail
stores.
The same thing will be used as a box to put the
shirt.
The same can be used as a carry box to carry the
shirt, reducing the use of polybags.
The material used will be recyclable and made of
sustainable material.

It will reduce the cost incurred in packing.

Indian garment industry is facing big shortage of sewing operators
since many years. Current HR policies, hike in minimum wages, good
amount as attendance bonus, yearly bonus even performance based
incentive systems are not able to lure operators to join to a company.
To study deeply why there is a shortage of workers around the year,
