The Prezi presentation, a song related to the topic, flashcards created in Studyblue and an animated video
created by using Goanimate will be used as instructional materials.

Presentation, games are strategies used in ASSURE model. Suggestopedia and Direct Method will be used as
teaching methods.
Teaching Activities [ASSURE (Utilize Technology, Media, and Materials and Require Learner Participation)]
Firstly, the physical states and moods will be introduced through a Prezi presentation. The teacher will benefit
from the flashcards during the lesson if it is needed. There will be an animated video including the physical
state. Students will play a game. Students are expected to play the game according to given rules.

beginning the unit.

Summary
At the beginning of the lesson, the physical states and moods will be introduced. The Prezi presentation will be
presented for students to understand how they express their physical states, and then they are taught how
they question other people moods. The video, Goanimate, will be shown to the students. In this video,
students will watch a dialogue between two people and it will be like wrap-up. Lastly, a game will be played.
This game is a revision of what they have learned for 6 hours. Students will watch a songs video clip including
moods and play a game based on pictures about words in the song. After they form groups and every group
chooses a competitor, students will line in front of the board and try to pick first the words they hear.
Measurement & Evaluation
A google survey will be created and after the class, the students will be expected to do it online. The quiz will be
accessible on Weebly.

They will be evaluated by their classmates according to their
performances in class.
They will be required to write a dialogue related to their knowledge
of food and drinks.

The teacher will bring the laptop in case of power cut. If the projector doesnt work, the topic will be taught by
the teacher himself/herself and the rest will be introduced later.
