The South Valley Area Planning Commission invites you to attend a hearing regarding the property identified
below. The law requires that owners within a 100-foot radius of this site be notified of this hearing. If you do not
wish to attend the hearing, you may ignore this notice. The hearing involves an appeal of the project described
below:
PROJECT 6530 Sepulveda Boulevard, Van Nuys, California 91411
LOCATION:
PROPOSED The construction of a five-story, 68-unit apartment building on an approximately 28,150
PROJECT: square-foot site. The building will be comprised of four levels of residential uses over one
level of ground-floor parking and one level of subterranean parking, with a maximum building
height of 60-feet.
REQUESTED Appeal of the entire Director of Planning's Conditional Approval dated December 10, 2014,
ACTION: of a Site Plan Review request pursuant to Section 16.05 of the L.A.M.C.
DIRECTOR OF PLANNING'S RECOMMENDED ACTIONS:
1. Deny the appeal; and
2. Sustain the entire determination of the Director of Planning, including findings and environmental
