    Percentage of Adherence to Personal protective equipment:

    Month: May 2014


    Once in three days employees are audited for Adherence to Personal protective equipment by
    Laboratory Quality Manager once a day.
    Out of 10 days audited 50% staffs were found without proper hand gloves & training was provided on
    Job.
    Month : June 2014
    Some of the staffs are found wearing wrong size hand gloves.
    Corrective actions: Appropriate sizes of hand cloves were indented and training on the same is given.
    Month : July 2014
