Project Name : HVLB, Link Box Assemblies.

Client : Tyco Electronics, Raychem Germany.
Software : Pro E Wildfire2.0

Project Description:
Link boxes are used with cable joints and terminations to provide easy access
to shield breaks for test purposes and to limit voltage buildup on the sheath. The link box
optimizes loss management in the cable shield on cables grounded both sides, the project
involved modeling, assemblies and release of the manufacturing drawings for assemblies.

Project Description:
Plug assembly is an electro automotive component used to Control plug ignition. The
main requirement from the client was to model the component with given inputs (2D
drawings), the project involved modeling, assemblies and release of the
manufacturing drawings for the component.

Project Name : Ignition Lock Coil Assembly of Belgium Project.

Software : Pro E Wildfire2.0
Input : 2D-Tiff and Step Model from UG data.

Project Description:
The requirement is to create the Product model, Assemblies and generation of the
drawings according to the Tiff provided in the DM.Tec.

Project Profile (Academic):

Title: Work Study on Overall Equipment Effectiveness of Forging Presses”.

Company: Kar Mobiles Limited Tumkur.

Description: Kar mobiles ltd is one of the major E.O.U in the manufacturing of
I.C.engine valves. The two major areas to be concentrated in unit is forge shop and
m\c shop. Required level of load is to be supplied from forging unit to machining unit
to achieve output at high rate. So we conducted the work study on forge shop forging
presses to increase OEE.
