What is the big question in the gulf (journals paper)

1. Evaluate every comfort study in the gulf, all Studies up to date in the gulf
+ rapid review of all existing studies in the reigon
2. Nicol graph for each city in the eastern region + Normalise these nicol

3. Choose buildings in these five cities (Jubail, Qatif, Dammam, Dhahran and
Khobar)
