eial, this was the biggest of them. Other chunk I've sent south to Allimir - sma ll force here, I knew garrison there is weak from my Elven games. And finally a medium chunk I've sent east to capture Hoarwell. I assaulted last two cause they had no walls and my army was throw-away force anyway. Bree stayed my capital. 2. Built roads everywhere. Moved all governors to cities/villages away from cast les when they don't train up. Low taxes everywhere unless last turn of construct ion - in which case I switched to very high. Razed all brothels outside of Annum inas and Bree. Got Aragorn in Annuminas, Gandalf in Bree as governors, moved the m out of city and back in every turn so they don't start drinking and womanizing . I left Inns there to have +growth bonus from them. 3. When rebel cities were taken, I've disbanded whole army except for rangers wh o went back to Aragorn. Incomes boomed and I could afford all kinds of buildings everywhere, starting with roads, farms and markets to improve on income even hi gher - and of course barracks to not pay for militia guarding the city. 4. Diplomat did rounds, sold trade rights to Orcs for 2k each, got alliance with Dwarves and High Elves. 5. After 40 turns of buildings stuff and watching my governors grow great traits I moved Gandalf and another dude with high chivalry to Amon Sul and Fornost to grow my castles. Trained a smaller stack of Hobbit archers (best you can get) an d some basic militia just for the show and so my account doesn't go above 20000. 6. Waited for Annuminas to grow to huge city - when I was finishing the walls I' ve bought Tharbad from Saruman for 20k and sent half-stacks with catapults to ta ke Rivendell and Coldfells from Gundabad (they killed Elrond). My main stack sta yed near Fornost to immediately march north as soon as my spies there track thei r main army I need to intercept. Took both, was left with one front. 7. Turn 100 Arnor hit, culture swap, new awesome units. I stopped playing at tha t point cause that was my goal. ;-)
