participation of NGOs in creation of awareness about the solar lanterns is low.

ANALYSIS :
1. Considering the dilemma of villagers, now the villagers are thinking about the solar
lamps as an alternative to reduce or avoid the environmental damage.
2. we have an option(peril of farming) to rise our voice in convincing the village heads and
politicians.
3. NGO people can start their if they saw any single step towards to solar lamps.

In social business providing services is more important than the profits


First of all as I will use the solar problems.
The cost of solar lamps are availing at affordable prices from NGO. We have another
incentive from government by various schemes like Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar
Mission (JNNSM), National Rural Electrification Policy 2006.
I ll Use the family members as staff in sales , and NGOs are marketing people to crete
the awareness. These two sources are cost less.
To create the awareness and to throw the fear of the villagers, conduct a meeting and
show a video about how to use and why to use the solar lamps and quoting examples of
gujarath peoples.
Alternatively, we will provide solar lamps and collects rent on the solar lamps .
Making awareness about the money spent by them for kerosene and batteries.
Due to technical (monsoon) problems we will not say to substitute the product we say
use the product to reduce your cost and environmental damage.

SUCCESSFUL OUTCOMES :
1. No problem can be arose from the village heads(because of rental base strategy).
2. Some Villagers will try to use on rental basis who has dilemma.
3. Due to the advantages of the product it self sample users will become customers of the
products.
4. Less threats from the rival sellers.
