‘attitude’.


Attitude is most important word. It applies to

every sphere of life, including one’s personal
and professional life.

It is an hypothetical construct that represents
an individual’s degree of like and dislike of
an item.

services.
 4. Disciplinary problems.

CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ATTITUDE
