1. “acdsup” genral command

The “acdsup ” command is used to display the system Alcatel 44400–CCD application architec-
ture.OmniPCX 4400

The screen displays the system state on query as regards the pilots, queues, processing groups, para-
meters of the routing directions and distribution directions.
Dynamic states of the pilots:

- OPN: pilot in service,

- CLO: pilot blocked (on voice guide or directory number),

- CLR: pilot blocked (on rule),

Use

- CLC: pilot blocked (on rule with blocked rule),

- FWD: pilot in general forwarding (on voice guide or directory number),

- FWR: pilot in general forwading (on rule),

- FWC: pilot in general forwarding (on rule with blocked rule).

Each direction defined is indicated by a black rectangle (direction open), X (direction closed), * (direc-
tion blocked) or # (saturated direction as of version B3.5xx.

The digits indicated correspond to the direction priority. The digit within a normal queue indicates the
number of calls queued (a dissuasion or mutual aid mechanism is shown by a horizontal line).

GT types are indicated with a letter: A=agent or IVR, V= Voice Guide, F=Forwarding, N=Rerouting
and R=Remote as of version B3.5xx.
