-Assisted in operating club food and beverage service. Supervising 15 staff members during al a cart lunch
and dinner service, serving on average 40 members per dining period.
-Worked with management team to schedule, train, assign, and keep track of time cards for 190 temporary
servers for the two main summer events. During the events managed employees through al a cart breakfast
service and banquet dinner service for on average 1,200 people per meal. As well as al a cart lunch service
for around 125 people.
