Subject: Modification in ASCROM interface in CBS

CBS Interface with ASCROM system is modified to extract additional information

related to various fields covering all type of advance facilities. Further, it will be now
more convenient for the branches to download data from the CBS system.
The main features of the new process will be as under:
1. Files as per new format will be generated through the same menu ASCROM.
2. System will generate a single output file which will include data for eight type of
facilities
i.e. Cash Credit, Overdraft, Loans, BG/LC. BP/BD,
FBP/FBD/FCBD/FCBP, PCFC and Packing Credit.
3. The file name will be STDSTU_DDMMYYYY.txt
4. On generation, data file will be available in PR option of Finacle which can be
transferred to PC in report folder by pressing keying CTR+E twice.
5. The file will have pipe separated data.
In case of observance of any problem in generation of data from Finacle branches are
requested to contact Helpdesk.
Further, in order to ensure that revised interface should not lead to any delay in
completion of monthly activity of ASCROM data updation at branches , old version of
ASCROM will also available under he menu option ASCROMO for current month.
