PRESS RELEASE

On May 09, 2014 Agents and Investigators from Strategic Information Services, a California Private
Investigation Corporation immediately acted on a tip, which lead to the physical location of a juvenile,
who was reported missing on April 22, 2014 out of El Dorado County, California. SIS Investigator Brian
Anthony, the lead investigator for the organization stated that his organization in a partnership with
OPERATION FOUND SAFE, began their investigation on May 2, 2014. SIS Investigators and Agents
responded to the parents home and initiated missing persons protocols, which lead to the discovery
of evidence in the case. Private Investigator Brian Anthony stated that if it were not for the actions of
the father and mother, the case would not have been solved as rapidly as it was. These parents along
with other responsible members of the community acted together in a partnership with the El Dorado
County Sheriffs office, Placerville police, and Rancho Cordova police, all of whom were instrumental
in solving this case because they did everything right.
Private Investigator Brian Anthony noted that in many cases like this, the child receives aid and
assistance by adults who have no clue about all the dynamics involved. These people interject
themselves into the lives of these children and instead of calling the police or appropriate authority,
will harbor and hide these kids. It is this type of nefarious activity that further complicates an already
difficult situation and increases the odds of these children falling victim to predators in the human
trafficking criminal organizations. Private Investigator Brian Anthony said that concealing a child in a
malicious manner is a crime, one that needs to be prosecuted and that the community must
demand action on the part of our justice system to aggressively prosecute these criminals.
On May 10, 2014, the Rancho Cordova police acting on a tip by SIS Investigators and Agents
responded to an address in Rancho Cordova where deputies located the missing juvenile. The
juvenile, whose name is being withheld due to age, was found to be safe and relatively healthy.
Further details regarding this case will be provided when appropriate, but it is still an ongoing
investigation. Private Investigator Anthony is seeking the publics assistance in solving the crime of
child concealment, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and criminal conspiracy. This
epidemic has got to stop, and stop now; at SIS we are aggressively seeking justice for these children
and for their families. If anyone has information on the identities of people involved with hiding
children, please contact our offices day or night (855) 200-2754. www.wearealwayswatching.com
