Sometimes, you fight with someone you love or a friend you knew for a long time.

This happens
with everyone. Sometimes, things work out and you go back to being friends as if nothing had
happened.
Unfortunately, there are times when Satan prevails and a beautiful relationship ends though both
of them are practicing!
This dramatic ending is attributed to a characteristic that a lot of us dont have. Most people,
when they detect something wrong, their heart is never at ease un...til they convince others of it.
This may lead to severing ties because not everyone can admit their guilt and especially if you
confront them in front of others. By embarrassing people like this, it is like wanting to break a
wild horse. However, people are not horses!
This characteristic is called Taghaful and it roughly translates to looking the other way as if
one didnt see!
This only exists with people of very high caliber. Imam Ahmed said: 9 out of 10 of good
character is in looking the other way!
This beautiful characteristic must be present when we deal with our spouses, children, neighbors
and servants. The Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam was asked: how many times do we
forgive our servant? He replied: 70 times a day!
When our spouses make a mistake, some of us interrogate them worse than the CIA!
When you want an answer to every incident, you are forcing others to lie or to confront you!
Dont break people like that and learn to look the other way. Allah will forgive you for doing
this!
