The productivity of labour could not be adjusted. We suggest that such measures be
adjustable in order to be able to implement strategies such as cost leadership, where more
than just material costs are taken into account.

The software could include options for outsourcing work.

The software could also be more interesting if it included the possibility of collusion and
cartelization to reflect actual industry scenarios and their legal implications.

The software could also provide consultancy services whereby we obtain a list of
possible strategies, in return for payment for the consultants services.

Extensions to the software can be made in the form of real-time simulations for
marketing, strategy, HR, operations etc, including suppliers, buyers, customers and
competitors, in order to reflect a more accurate scenario.

There could be options to design the organizational structure and tailor it to work best for
our products.

Customised promotional events for products could be an additional feature of the


dashboard. These could be selected at the discretion of the players.

The dashboard could also reflect a weightages attached to the performance scorecard so
that companies can plan their strategies to improve their performance accordingly.

The software has minor glitches such as timers that renew even after the end of the
simulation.

There should be options for hiring market research companies that help us perform
decision tree or predictive analysis, in order to fine-tune our strategies.

There could be options to design logos, manage brands, taglines etc this could be
evaluated by the customer side, the inclusion of which has already been suggested in an
earlier point.
